The best results are created in a flat organisation where people thrive on challenging tasks and good colleagues. We encourage the enterprise and entrepreneurial spirit of our employees through focus on well-being and freedom with responsibility. That prepares the ground for healthy and solid growth, which enables us to reduce as much CO2 as possible from the world.
Wind Estate A/S is owned by Jens Petri Petersen and Erik Abraham, both of whom have over 25 years of experience in the wind turbine industry. Erik takes care of the day-to-day management of the company, though the employees have wide-ranging autonomy in a flat hierarchy.
Entrepreneurial spirit and independence
The company has a flexible project organisation where each employee performs his/her tasks with a lot of autonomy within their own area. All employees have substantial experience from previous functions within the same field in other companies.
Despite the diversity of functions, the organisation is characterised by an entrepreneurial spirit with a high energy level, autonomy and focus.
Well-being and holistic thinking
The employees are motivated by the management’s position that Wind Estate should always find solutions based on a holistic perspective. It’s all about finding the most optimal solution and seeing the task in a 360-degree perspective. So although results are what matter in the end, management and employees also emphasise well-being at work. The organisation is characterised by a good-natured and sometimes homely tone with plenty of humour and discussion around the lunch table.
